“Pole pole” means slowly slowly, or take it easy, in Swahili language and it’s one of the first expressions one learns when visiting Tanzania. It’s the antithesis of rush and hurry and it perfectly embodies this magical land’s philosophy.
Sometimes we should all look at life from a different perspective and see things in a different way, because sometimes less is more…
